Subscribers keep their own address up to date through a secure portal. At the monthly close every address is frozen: a move declared afterwards never rewrites a label you already printed, it applies to the following month.
A label printed on an old address is a lost parcel and a disappointed subscriber. Homing Club freezes the right address at the right moment, without you chasing updates.

Each subscriber updates their address themselves, from a secure portal, without creating an account with us. You are no longer the bottleneck for a move or a typo.
Frozen at the month's close
When the cohort closes, each subscriber's address is taken as a snapshot. A move declared afterwards does not rewrite a label already printed: it applies the following month, when it should.
The month's export, ready to label
Once the month is closed, you download the cohort's addresses, in a format ready for your label printer or drop-off sheet. No copy-paste, no oversight.
Frequently asked questions
- How does a subscriber change their address?
- From the subscriber portal, with the link received by email. The change is immediate and secure, with no password to remember.
- What about a move mid-month?
- If declared before the close, it counts for that month's send. After the close, it applies to the next month.
- Can I export addresses for my labels?
- Yes. The month's export gives the cohort's frozen addresses, ready to print.
