- What is the commission?
- The Free tier takes 5% on payments, with no subscription. The paid tiers Club+ (€9 per month) and Club Pro (€29 per month) drop the commission to 0%, with Club Pro adding directory placement. In every case the commission never applies to shipping fees.
- Am I paid directly?
- Yes. You connect your own Stripe account, and payouts land in your bank account. We never hold your money.
- Is there a commitment?
- No. You change tier or stop whenever you want, with no minimum term.
- What fees on top of the commission?
- Only Stripe's card processing fees, the same on every platform. No hidden fees on our side.
- Can I start for free?
- Yes. Opening a club is free, and you only pay commission on what you collect.
