Schedule and cut-off
You collect first, then you post
You pick a ship day and a joining cut-off. The whole club is charged together on the cut-off date, then you have several days to print labels and pack. No more chasing renewals one at a time.
A mail club is not a shop: everyone ships the same month, together. The one-by-one renewal chase, the trailing sends, subscribers charged on different dates: the cutoff puts an end to all of it.
- Ship day, cut-off and subscriber cap, set once
- Skipping a month or pausing costs you no subscribers

In detail
One cutoff, one close
You choose a ship day and a sign-up cutoff. At the cutoff, the whole club is charged together and the month's cohort closes. You know exactly who receives what, and how many sends to prepare.
You collect first, you post after
Once the close has passed, you have several days to print labels, pack and drop off at the post office. The money is in before you move the first parcel.
Renewals run themselves
Each month renews at the cutoff, without chasing anyone. A subscriber who stays is charged, one who leaves is not: you keep no list by hand.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I change my cutoff?
- Yes, from the club settings. The change applies from the next month, so it does not disrupt a cohort already under way.
- What if someone signs up after the cutoff?
- They join the next month's cohort. They are not charged for a send that has just left.
- Monthly or quarterly?
- Both. You choose your club's shipping rhythm, and the calendar adapts to it.
